Our UChoose Rewards Program allows you to earn points for purchases made using your Starion Bank Mastercard Credit Card. You can redeem your points for various rewards from a vast online rewards catalog at www.uchooserewards.com. Points are valid 5 years from when they are earned. The uChoose Rewards website will display expiring points 90 days before they expire.
Can I earn additional points?
Yes! You can earn additional UChoose Rewards points when you shop at participating retailers online at www.uchooserewards.com. You can also view a complete list of participating retailers on the website.

You can earn points everywhere your card is accepted.
What can I redeem my points for?
You have lots of options for redeeming your points. You can use them for travel, event tickets, electronics, clothing, spa services, and more by browsing the rewards website. Points may also be redeemed for Apple products and a wide variety of merchant gift cards. If you prefer, you can choose cash back, which is applied directly as a statement credit to your account—no minimum and no checks to wait for. You can also pay with points at select merchants and during checkout on Amazon.com, with no minimum required. Explore the full catalog online to see everything available.
How do I use my rewards points on Amazon?
To link your uChoose Rewards® account to Amazon, visit amazon.com/uchooserewards. During checkout, select ‘Pay with Points’. Each point is valued at $0.0090, meaning 100 points equate to $0.90 in redemption value.
How do I use my rewards points with PayPal?
To redeem rewards through PayPal, link your uChoose Rewards® account to your PayPal Wallet and select ‘Pay with Rewards’ at checkout. This option may not be available for all online transactions and cannot be used for money transfers, recurring payments, or in-store purchases. Each point is valued at $0.0090, meaning 100 points equate to $0.90 in redemption value.
When can I redeem my points?
You can begin redeeming your points once you've earned at least 1,500 points, which is typically equal to $15. However, if you're redeeming for cash back, you'll need a minimum of 2,500 points. It may take up to 60 days for points to be credited to your account after a purchase. To check how many points you have available for redemption, visit the "Point Details" page and look under "Total Points Available for Redemption." Once eligible, you can choose from a wide variety of rewards.
Can points be redeemed at the point of purchase, or can they only be redeemed online?
Points can only be redeemed online through www.uchooserewards.com.
Can I share points with family members?
Yes, all cards within an account automatically earn points together. If you have multiple accounts with Starion Bank, you can link them together to earn rewards faster. Simply visit the Preferences page to link more accounts to your program.
Where can I view my point activity?
It can take up to 30 days for transactions to appear on the Point Details page. If points from a qualified transaction do not appear after 30 days, please contact uChoose Rewards for more information.
What if I shopped at a participating retailer, but my points are not showing up?
Yes, you may ship redemption items to a work address within the United States.
When I redeem for a product, can I ship my redemption to an address other than the one Starion Bank has on file for me?
Yes, you can change the shipping address for your redemptions as long as the address is located in the United States.
When redeeming, can I send my item to a work address?
Yes, you may ship redemption items to a work address within the United States.
What will happen to my points if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen and a replacement is issued, points will automatically transfer to the new card. Once you receive your new card, you will need to re-register on the website with your new card information.
If someone gets access to my UChoose Rewards username and password, can they redeem my points?
Yes. If your login credentials are compromised, unauthorized users could redeem your points. Protect your account information and update your password regularly.
