Enrolling in eStatements & Frequently Asked Questions

You can enroll quickly and securely through Starion Bank Digital (powered by Fiserv). Here’s how:

  1. Log in to Starion Bank Digital.
  2. Go to the Accounts section and select Documents (sometimes listed as “Statements”).
  3. Choose the account(s) you’d like to enroll.
  4. Review and accept the eStatement disclosure.
  5. Confirm your enrollment.

Once complete, you’ll begin receiving statements electronically instead of by mail.

For your security and due to technical requirements, enrollment must be completed in Starion Bank Digital. Our branch team will be happy to guide you through the process, but you’ll need to log in on your own device to complete enrollment.
Business accounts can be enrolled by contacting Cash Management Support at 888-258-6050.

You’ll begin receiving eStatements with your next statement cycle after enrollment.

Yes. eStatements are available in Starion Bank Digital for seven years. You can also download or print copies anytime to keep for your personal records.
Some account may not be eligible for eStatements. Eligible accounts will appear when you access the enrollment screen in Starion Bank Digital.
Only primary customers are able to receive emails for eStatements. If you are not primary on one of your accounts and would like to receive eStatements, have the primary account holder contact a banker to add an email address to their accounts and then you should be able to enroll those accounts in eStatements.
Absolutely. You can download eStatements as PDFs and save them to your mobile device, computer, flash drive, or cloud storage. Printing is also available directly from the document screen.
Yes. eStatements are accessed only through Starion Bank Digital, which is protected by secure login credentials and encryption. This makes eStatements safer than paper statements delivered by mail.
No. eStatements are free for all accounts.
