Starion Bank promotes Reiner
Starion Bank is proud to announce the promotion of James Reiner to Ag Banking President. Reiner came to Starion in 2017 as a Business Banking Officer, with promotions to Business Banking Officer AVP in 2019 and Business Banking Officer VP in 2022. He was moved up to Ag Business Banking Manager, SVP in 2024.

Reiner grew up on a fifth-generation crop and livestock farm in South Dakota, making him a valuable resource for producers in the region who rely on his expertise to meet their operation’s financial needs.  In his new role, he will oversee the agribusiness bankers across all of Starion Bank's North Dakota markets as they work with local producers to find the best banking products and services to meet their unique needs.

Reiner graduated from SDSU with a bachelor's degree from the College of Agricultural and Biological Sciences and earned his master's degree in business administration from Wayne State College. He is an active member of the McCabe United Methodist Church, coaches several Mandan youth sports, and is a member of the North Dakota Bankers Association Agricultural Committee.
