Starion Bank launches Starion Benefits program
Starion Bank announces the launch of Starion Benefits, a new program designed to help businesses, individuals and families navigate insurance and employee benefits decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
As part of the launch, Melanie Nicklos joined the organization as Senior Health Insurance and Employee Benefits Advisor, and Tara Sicble serves as Employee Benefits Account Manager.
“Insurance and benefits decisions can feel overwhelming, whether you’re running a business, planning for Medicare, or simply trying to understand what coverage best fits your family,” said Melanie Nicklos. “My role is to help people understand their options and move forward with confidence, without pressure or confusion. For individuals and families, Starion Benefits offers support with health insurance and Medicare-related decisions, including help during open enrollment and qualifying life events. The focus is on education, clarity, and one-on-one guidance to help clients make informed decisions for themselves and the people they care about most.
Welcoming Melanie Nicklos and Tara Sicble
Before joining Starion Bank, Nicklos owned Evolve Insurance and HR Services, serving as a one-stop resource for employee benefits needs. Over time, she expanded to include voluntary benefits, group major medical coverage, individual and ACA plans, Medicare, and life insurance.
Nicklos holds a master's degree in organizational leadership from the University of Mary and has maintained her SHRM-CP certification since 2015.
