Tyler spends his days partnering across teams to streamline our support and elevate the moments that matter.

Tyler comes to Starion from hospitality leadership, where he led hotel and conference‑center teams and learned firsthand how thoughtful service and clear communication create standout experiences. The kind you feel when a Starion banker greets you with a warm smile and a friendly handshake.

What drew Tyler here was the combination of great people, a deep commitment to our communities, and the chance to focus on a long‑standing passion: customer service and customer experience. It’s a natural fit with our philosophy of customer experiences that are clear, kind, and consistently excellent.

Since day one, Tyler has seen teams rally around doing right by customers and neighbors. He’s excited to improve experiences across our digital channels and service processes, listening closely, removing roadblocks, and adding the human touches that build trust with every interaction.
Life outside the office
Off the clock, Tyler spends time with friends, family, and his girlfriend, Sydney. He’s an avid golfer with a handicap that hasn’t quite caught up to his enthusiasm for the sport. He also volunteers locally, especially with giving tree efforts, and his family honors his dad’s memory by donating to a charity in his name on birthdays, Christmas, and other special days.
