Starion Bank has promoted Alisha Maier to Business Banking Officer in the Oakes market. Maier first joined Starion in 2021 as a Credit Analyst, reviewing loan applications and helping to ensure Starion’s portfolio not only reflected the financial needs and health of the community, but also contributed to the banks strong track record of growth and stability.
As a Business Banking Officer, Maier works with local owners, entrepreneurs, and agribusinesses to find the right financing, leasing, escrows and other banking products and services that best fit their individual needs. She joins an already dedicated team of bankers with a history of helping this unique rural community grow and thrive.

Maier is an Army veteran and earned a bachelor's degree in professional accounting from Northern State University. Outside of work, she is an active volunteer in local community organizations, and enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time with her family and friends.
