Reed Hendrickson, Business Banking Officer and Vice President at Starion Bank, has been named to the Prairie Business 40 Under 40 list. This recognition celebrates outstanding young professionals across the region who demonstrate leadership, dedication, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their industries and communities.
Reed’s journey at Starion Bank began in 2018. Through hard work and a focus on helping others succeed, he quickly advanced from Business Banking Officer to Assistant Vice President and now to his current role as Vice President. Reed’s past professional experience also includes positions as an Escrow Closing Officer at Quality Title Inc. and as an Engineering Technician at KLJ. He holds an associate degree in engineering technology from Bismarck State College and completed business coursework at Bemidji State University, where he also played collegiate football.
What sets Reed apart is his dedication to building strong relationships and supporting local businesses. Colleagues and clients value his integrity, collaborative approach, and genuine passion for helping others reach their goals. Whether guiding a business through a financial decision or mentoring a teammate, Reed’s leadership is rooted in trust and service.
Reed brings the same passion and energy when supporting his community. He serves as treasurer for Central Dakota NAVHDA and is an active member of several Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC committees, including the Teacher of the Year and Military Affairs Committees. Since 2018, Reed has volunteered with Mandan Ducks Unlimited and regularly gives his time to organizations like Heaven Helper’s Soup Café and the United Way.
