Starion Bank Chief Human Resources Officer Brenna Grossbauer has been named one of Prairie Business Magazine’s 2022 Top 25 Women in Business.

Grossbauer joined Starion as CHRO in 2017. She has spent 21 years in the banking industry, with nearly 20 of those in an executive leadership role. At Starion, she serves as a member of the Executive Committee and is Chair of the Bank’s Management Committee.

Grossbauer has a BS in Human Resource Management from Park University and a master's degree in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the HR Certification Institute, and she is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management. Grossbauer is also a member of the Central Dakota Human Resource Association and the Society for Human Resources Management.
