Native Prairie Project
Starion Bank began using sustainable planting around our properties in 2012. We were inspired by the hearty natural habitats of North Dakota and Wisconsin. These surroundings encouraged us to be a more sustainable, eco-friendly company.
The grasses and flowers we use are adapted to their local environments. They require less water and resources to maintain, and provide increased habitat for hawks, birds, and rabbits. You may even see the occasional Canada goose nesting in our landscaping.
