Starion Bank Digital FAQ

Visit the online banking sign-in page and click “Enroll Now.” You’ll be asked to provide your account number, Social Security number, Last Name, Mobile Phone, Email Address (if applicable), and date of birth. From there, create your username, password, and set up your security preferences.

Only certain account types can be enrolled. You’ll see eligible account types listed in the enrollment dropdown menu.

Be prepared with your account number, Social Security number, date of birth, and the email address on file with Starion Bank.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an added layer of security designed to protect your account. It requires both your login credentials (username and password) and a second form of verification, such as a one-time passcode, to access your account.

When you log in from a new device, browser, or location, Starion Bank Digital will send you a one-time passcode by text, phone call, or email—based on your selected preference. You’ll need to enter this code along with your username and password to complete the login. This process helps ensure that even if someone has your login information, they cannot access your account without the second verification step.

SecureNow is Starion Bank Digital’s enhanced security tool. It confirms your identity with passcodes to protect against unauthorized access.

Yes. During authentication, select “Don’t challenge me again on this device.”

Starion Bank Digital is built with a mobile-first design, giving you seamless access across all devices — PC, tablet, or mobile — using the same username and password. For mobile access, simply download the Starion Bank Digital app from your device’s app store by searching “Starion Bank.”

To enroll, sign in and go to Accounts → Statement Preferences. From there, select your preferred delivery method from the dropdown menu and confirm your enrollment by clicking Save.
 

Yes. However, changes to their email address will not affect where notifications are delivered.

Select Accounts > Documents to access and download available statements and notices.

Go to the sign-in page, enter your username and password, and complete any additional authentication if prompted.

Click “Forgot password” on the sign-in page. You’ll need to provide your username, last four digits of your Social Security number, and the email on file. A reset link or temporary password will then be emailed to you.

Go to Profile > Password, re-authenticate with a one-time passcode, and select “Edit.”

From the Profile page, re-authenticate with a one-time passcode and update your information.

Go to Profile > Address to make updates. Some changes may require additional verification.

Yes. Under Home > Edit Accounts, you can nickname accounts, change their order, or hide them from the home screen.

Go to Accounts and select the account you’d like to view. Pending, posted, and scheduled transactions are displayed.

Yes. In your Recent Transactions, select the check number or description to view the image.

Go to Stop Payments under the account menu, enter the required details, and confirm your request.

Use the Transfer option to complete one-time or recurring transfers.

Yes. With the External Transfer feature, you can send funds to accounts outside Starion Bank. Enrollment requires your phone number and date of birth.

Go to Transfers > Scheduled Transfers to modify or delete them.

Your credit score is displayed on the Home page, usually near the Pay Bills section.

Yes. Select “Open a New Account” from the Home page and follow the prompts.

Use the Categorize option under Accounts to assign categories and create spending reports.

From your checking account, choose Order Checks.

You can chat online (if available), send a secure message through digital banking, or call your local branch.
