Starion promotes in Mandan

Starion Bank has promoted three members of the Operations team: Monte Glasser, Ian Carlson and Samantha Olson.
Glasser has been promoted to operations support supervisor. He joined Starion in June 2015 as an operations specialist then moved to the position of cash management specialist. Glasser continues to serve in a cash management support role and supervises the operations specialists, cash management specialist and virtual bankers. Glasser attended Bismarck State College and has 15 years of experience working in customer service, accounts receivable and production.
Carlson has been promoted to cash management specialist II. Carlson has been with Starion since 2005 when he was hired as a teller. In 2009, he was promoted to customer service representative/lead teller and in 2012 to phone banker. Most recently, he served as an operations support specialist.
Olson has been promoted to virtual banker II. She joined Starion in 2014 as a part-time teller. The next year, Olson joined the virtual bank department as a virtual banker I. She has attended Bismarck State College and has several years of retail experience.
All three work from Starion Bank’s Mandan location.
