Starion Bank has promoted Dustin Richter to Business Banking Officer, AVP, and Christopher Leary to Cash Management Officer.

Dustin Richter joined Starion in May 2023 as a Business Banking Officer, bringing more than 15 years of previous financial experience. In his new role, he will continue working with local businesses on affordable, custom financing, while supervising the Business Banking Representatives in Starion Bank’s Fargo market. Richter graduated from St. Cloud State University with a bachelor's degree in finance.

Christopher Leary joined Starion in January 2024 as a Universal Banker/Cash Management Officer. As a Cash Management Officer, he will help businesses save time and money with tailored, streamlined financial and point-of-sale solutions. Leary graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in finance.

Starion has always believed in the importance of training and developing employees internally, recognizing that it actively improves the strength and sustainability of the bank.
